Our Executive Leaders
The Founders and Executive Management Team of FutureHomeX™ (“FHX”) have decades of operational experience in the manufactured home industry as well as deep enterprise class SaaS technology experience. The FHX team has successfully operated manufactured home retail dealerships, a chattel mortgage underwriter and loan servicing business, and developed and managed manufactured home parks.
We experienced the industry's common challenges like disconnected teams, paper-driven processes, and limited data insights. In 2019, we set-up to address this technology and services vacuum with a focus on Remote Sales Management Support that robustly supports visibility, communication, and engagement. Today the FHX represents the most advanced sales enablement technology and shared services platform in the Manufactured Home Industry.

Jeff has 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry and over 15 years of experience in the Manufactured Home Industry’s Retail side. Jeff is also a Co-Founder of AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC and First Home Financial, LLC., and is an Executive Board Member of AmeriCasa Solutions.

FutureHomeX™ Shared Services Center was launched in 2019 in Bogotá, Colombia and comprises an experienced bi-lingual team of professionals with deep expertise in all administrative support aspects of the manufactures home industry including Social Media Marketing Agents, Lead Generation Agents, Loan Processing Agents, Customer Service Agents, Closing Agents, Vendor Management Support, and Bookkeeping Representatives.
The SSC team operates through the FutureHomeX™ SaaS Cloud Based Technology Platform to support our Retail Dealership Customers. The SSC also includes a team of software architects, engineers, training and deployment support professionals.
